If they are out of the country due to Military service, work, studying abroad or visiting family but they intend to return they can complete a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) and vote securely via BallotSafe through our office. Dear voter, Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is difficult to maintain the proper social distancing guidelines established by the State of Mississippi in the following locations: Carley, Cedar Grove, Goss, Jefferson, Pine Burr and Union. The Election Commissioners, Circuit Clerk and Board of Supervisors have identified temporary voting locations for this upcoming election so that we will be in compliance with social distancing guidelines.
